How do I apply for WIC?

Your family may be eligible for all the great benefits Colorado WIC provides.

There are 2 options to apply

• Start your online application. It takes only a few minutes. After you submit your application, someone from a WIC office will contact you to see if you qualify and schedule an appointment.
• Find a WIC clinic near you and call to schedule an appointment. 

What Documents do i need for my wic appointment?

When you make your WIC appointment, we can help you identify which documents to bring in for your initial or re-enrollment visit. If you have questions, call your WIC clinic.
