If you think someone is abusing the WIC Program, let WIC know.

Examples of fraud and abuse include:
WIC participants who:

  • Sell or try to sell WIC formula or food (including putting an ad online).
  • Give inaccurate information to get or stay on WIC.
  • Trade WIC cards or foods for things other than WIC foods.

WIC stores that:

  • Overcharge WIC.
  • Sell or trade the wrong foods to WIC families.
